After drying of the flocked textiles, the excess flock is removed with the TS-C machine. This is carried out by a combination of vacuuming off with strong turbulence and brush support. The surface is brushed off by the upper and lower brush at the inlet slit.

In addition, a special air guidance with a strong air flow causes the flocked textile to vibrate. Excess flock is vacuumed off into a collection bag.
