The addition of thinner influences the viscosity, flow properties, and release characteristics of the ink from the pad but also has a substantial influence on the drying speed, packaging characteristics, as well as adhesion to the substrate. Special thinners offering specific characteristics are also available. The standard range of thinners includes thinner TPV and the fast thinner TPV 2.
